Les Jardins d'Arbousse, Gite in St Jean Du Gard

On the Pic d'Arbousse, our Gîte/B&B offers you all the comfort and an exceptional view of the valley of Saint Jean du Gard, a small town in the south of the Cévennes.
Arbousse brings together a few scattered properties that rise from the valley towards the peak of the same name. The steep slopes largely carved with "bancels" devoted to the cultivation of vines and olive trees, however, retain portions of natural relief populated by pine, chestnut, holm oak, strawberry tree and mimosa favored by the southern exposure of the pouring. This diversified vegetation inspired the name of our establishment:

Arbousse Gardens

Outdoor activities are in the spotlight in our region: hiking (we are on the Stevenson path), swimming in the Gardons, canyoning, mountain biking, fishing or mushroom picking.
You will also discover the history and culture of the Cévennes there by visiting the heritage sites of our valleys or, simply in love with the grandiose landscape, you will go in search of the ultimate sublime point.
We are only one hour from Nîmes, barely more from Montpellier, their respective train stations and airports.
